Computer dead. All data might be lost. (HD not making dreaded clack-clack sound. Not making longed-for whirr-whirr sound either.) Probably can't fix or buy new computer until next paycheck (two weeks from now!!!)

Send Valium STAT.

Eeeeek! I feel for you, and am sending virtual valium.

addict. :-P just think if they'd canceled supernatural on you?

oh shit. I can't send you valium but I can offer to mail dvd's of mp3s and misc tv shows and media. I lost my hard drive twice in 6 months a year or two ago so I definitely share your pain.

Not good! :-( Did you give this one cancer too?

Make sure your next one has a DVD burner to back up all your stuff! ;-)

Well, there's also that new job thing I've been doing, dude.

Being on a busy call center is never conducive to slacking online.

Pay's good enough to make up for that flaw, though, which is pretty fucking cool.

I am back to working 9 to 5, though, so we should at least go grab a beer, sometime.

Next Friday, maybe?

Virtual valium is much appreciated. More than real valium, since that would most likely knock me out. LOL

I did manage to recover some of my stuff, so I'll put up that faulty ep for you.

Also, if you (like me) are a completist and would like the rest of the season, please feel free to ask.

Dude! Don't even joke about that. It's one of the only two shows I love that aren't dead.

Sniff! Buffyyyyyy!

(Yeah, still!)

LOL

Good Gah! That would be so incredibly sweet of you (also, extremely welcome. I swear, looking at my new bare music folder traumatizes me).

I'll e-mail you my addy. If you can send some music my way, that'd be awesome.

(Also, Ouch! This is my second HD loss in five years and I could barely cope for a few days after. I just laid in bed going over and over all the stuff I'd never get back. I'm a dweller. *g*)

No cancer this time, jackass.

I don't know WHAT happened. I'd just put in a new graphics card, and some memory and a new heatsink, and I think the thing just went: "Whoa, bitch! What's all this new-fangled shit?"

It's all good. Aside from the rending loss of MP3s, of course. *sob*

You got it! just drop me an email at cait@sonic.net

And in the meantime: I made 3 mix cds (or zip files if you wanna get technical) this week and they're all up for download over on my journal. Maybe those can help get you started on refilling your music folder :D
