Computer dead. All data might be lost. (HD not making dreaded clack-clack sound. Not making longed-for whirr-whirr sound either.) Probably can't fix or buy new computer until next paycheck (two weeks from now!!!)

oh shit. I can't send you valium but I can offer to mail dvd's of mp3s and misc tv shows and media. I lost my hard drive twice in 6 months a year or two ago so I definitely share your pain.

Well, there's also that new job thing I've been doing, dude.

Being on a busy call center is never conducive to slacking online.

Pay's good enough to make up for that flaw, though, which is pretty fucking cool.

I am back to working 9 to 5, though, so we should at least go grab a beer, sometime.
