Friday: Went down to the local pub, then remembered that I have friends who are, usually, willing to come out for a few beers with me. Called Mal and headed out to 'The Pig' for the first time in for.e.ver. So that was a very good night.

Saturday: Headed out to the new FNX night at Axis. Danced my ass off. Again. Beginning to think that this want-to-dance-all-the-time thing might actually be an unusual but highly welcome side-effect of Prozac. LOL

Sunday: Mostly lazed about in bed, sitting at the computer every once in a while to d/l random stuff.

Oh, yeah... and the Grammies:

+ I wanted to love the Prince performance, but, unfortunately, Beyonce was there. I just find her endlessly irritating.

+ Christina's performance of 'Beautiful' broke. my. heart. It's not even close to being my favorite song in 'Stripped', but the arrangement was awesome. I now want a whole a capella album from her. Or, at the very least, one full song.

+ I'm totally pissed that Justin (had to?) apologize again. But I'm totally thrilled for him winning. He was sooo pretty in pink (I'm going to be psycho and believe it was a shout-out to his sekrit boyfriend. *g*) And his performance totally blew me away. He was great.

+ BEP's: What can I say? I always love seeing them. They just bring so much energy to the stage.

+ Other highlights: JC was Justin's seat-filler. LOL I just loved seeing him chatting with Lynn.

And, now I'm gonna listen to some of the stuff I d/l'ed. Yay!

Yeah. I lived in Mission Hill for a couple of years, so that's pretty much my neighborhood pub.

LOL - every time we go I'm tempted to get a Mars Bar Toasty but have never had the guts!

We go after work randomly.

Those things are like deep-fried twinkies... I feel I should eat one at least once for the experience, but then I think about ordering it and my teeth start to ache. LOL
