1. Had Scarlet Fever.
2. Got lost in a rainforest.
3. Been inside catacombs, to above mentioned rainforest, and a phosphorescent lake, all in one day.
4. Had a vision (or possible psychotic break; open to interpretation *g*)
5. Flunked out of Harvard. (Ok, I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one to have done that; but I figure there aren't that many people who have, right?)
6. Turned down a date with Leonardo DiCaprio.
7. Went on a date I didn't know was a date with a girl I didn't know I liked until we were out on the I-didn't-know-this-was-a-date date (say that three times fast).
8. Was homeless.
9. Slept up a tree. (strangely, not during the homelessness *g*)
10. Lived to 28 without once having a relationship. (Ok, that's more something I haven't done that most people have, but I ran out of things, so deal!)

It was more of a "potential" date, anyway. That was almost 10 years ago and this girl in my dorm said that I should go to NY with her and her friends that weekend so she could hook me up with her friend Leo.
I didn't know her very well, and the whole "set you up" thing was a little weird, so I said: "thanks, but I got an exam/paper/lots of homework/whatever".
I just heard after the weekend who her "friend Leo" was. I didn't care all that much, but it is one of those quintessential Harvard moments to me, because you never know whose son or daughter you're talking to in that place. *g*
