That's about as positive as I get about work, but considering what I've termed other places I've worked in, it's practically an endearment.

I realized I never said what the new job was, so:
I'm answering phones for a health insurance company. Doctors and hopitals call in looking for claims, benefit information, ect. The volume of calls is completely ridiculous, and the phone does not stop beeping in my ear from 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Thankfully, I am one of the few freaks that enjoys working in busy call centers. Yeah, the people are mostly clueless, and some of them are outright assholes (although I haven't run across too many of those here) but the day flies by and this place has kick ass benefits.

Now I just need a social life, and I'll be like a real-live person again! LOL

"Now I just need a social life, and I'll be like a real-live person again!"

I think the two may be mutually exclusive unfortunately. :-/

If you do find a way around it, please do let me know!

And now for something random- I got an interesting fortune in a fortune cookie today:

“Life is a tragedy for those who feel and a comedy for those who think.”

Of course, if you do both (as we are wont to), life is simply farce.
