y'know it's funnie... because i wonder who it is out there that's NOT aware of AIDS... and why is there just one day that it's a big thing to be aware. shouldn't that be like an everyday occurance? i think months and days that are set aside for a specific thing.. is just strange. :/ heh oh well.. :)
Well, of course, people should be aware every day... December 1st is just the day that a particular organization picked as the focus of their campaign. They do a bunch of stuff geared toward that day.
I suppose it's easier for them to do all that if they can mark it on the calendar. *g*
