The lower-right corner of my desk is currently soaking in some really good Chai. Hehee. Oh, well. Spills are to be expected when one consumes large amounts of Red Bull and vodka. I'll chalk the loss of Chai up to a sacrifice to the party gods. LOL
"Smallville" had a fantastic episode tonight. I'm discouraged by my decreasing sympathy for Chloe, though. She used to be one of my favorite characters. Now, I can barely muster up an once of sympathy for her. I just think that when your particular and very specific foibles, which you are totally aware of, keep tripping you up; you should, at some point, begin to see the yawning pitfalls before you find yourself floundering in their midst.
In short, she keeps making the same mistakes over and over again. She talks like she knows what went wrong. Then, the next time she is faced with similar choices, she does the same thing again. I guess I'm just all out of patience when it comes to her.
"Angel" was okay but not fantastic. I think they are working too hard to tie up the loose ends. I feel like every fifteen minutes of show should have gotten a full episode which leaves me feeling somewhat dissatisfied. However, I'm now craving Angel-fic... so, that's a good.
Ummm. The pretty boy with the healing powers is on my TNT X-Files re-run. I'll go watch that.
